all packed up
Almost.
I’m hitting the road today at noon for the 2010 SCWW Conference in Myrtle Beach. I’m mostly packed, except for wrapping up our chapter baskets for the silent auction. And for packing up my binders so if I have time (bwahahahaaaaa!) I can sneak in some work.
I’d like to give props to my chapter for their donations. And I’ll have to give them all a hard time — when all was said and done, the majority of the donations this year center around wine (5 bottles!) and coffee. Yep. Baskets for writers, from writers.
Woke up this morning to my annual feelings of ineptitude and unworthiness. You’d think I’d be used to it by now.
*sigh*
Ah well. I plan to have a great time, as usual. I’m volunteering this year and so expect to meet even more phenomenal SCWW members. Can’t wait!
